Welcome to Scrub a Dub Dub!

By accessing or using our website (scrubadubdub.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services: Scrub a Dub Dub provides professional cleaning services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, home cleaning, and office cleaning. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

2. Bookings & Payments: Appointments can be booked via our website, over the phone, or by email. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, and cash. All transactions are processed securely. For recurring or subscription-based services, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a regular basis. Any billing issues should be reported within 7 days.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or failure to provide access at the scheduled time may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. In cases of severe weather or other emergencies, we may reschedule at no penalty to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the property and relevant work areas. Any pets should be secured during the service. Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays or incomplete services.

5. Liability

While we take every care during service delivery, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and written text, is the property of Scrub a Dub Dub and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
